Scheduling changes in response to COVID-19
We are so grateful to our patients for trusting us during the global pandemic and helping us return to almost 100% capacity!
Now that our business has picked back up, we are facing brand new challenges. Many of our patients are used to the flexibility of same day visits, however, we are now unable to accommodate same day calls as we were prior to the pandemic. MA state laws and our commitment to safety prevent us from having more than a certain number of people in the office at any given time, including employees, which puts restraints on our scheduling capabilities.
Now more than ever, we urge our patients to schedule visits in advance whenever possible. You can do this by scheduling your next visit during your appointment, or calling or texting our office to schedule a few days in advance.
We will be implementing a first-come-first-serve wait list. If something unexpected happens and you would like to try and come in same day, you can call or text our office and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If our schedule is full, we will put you on our wait list and give you a call if your preferred time-frame opens up.
We also ask that our scheduled patients notify us AT LEAST two hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way, we can accommodate more people from our wait list. We also ask that you confirm your appointment, via text or email, prior to your visit.
